It aligns with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while considering the unique nature of custom-manufactured products. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Custom-Made Products

Nature of Customisation

All our wheels are custom-made based on your specifications, including (but not limited to) size, colour, design, and materials. Due to this:

  • Custom-made items cannot be resold.
  • Refunds or returns are not accepted for change-of-mind or personal preferences once the order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided information (e.g. dimensions, specs, design inputs). Artka Wheel Australia will confirm these details in writing before production begins.
  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with relevant regulations, standards, or laws in their location.

 

No Returns After Tyre Mounting

Artka Wheel Australia does not accept returns or refunds once wheels have been mounted with tyres - unless a major defect or issue is identified in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We strongly advise customers to inspect the wheels upon delivery to confirm they match the order specifications before fitting tyres.

 

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Artka Wheel Australia strictly adheres to the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Does not match the description or specifications provided, or
  • Has a significant defect that affects its quality or performance.


Available Remedies

If your case meets the above criteria, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Repair – the item will be repaired free of charge.
  • Replacement – the item will be replaced with a new one matching the original order.
  • Refund – if repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued.


Exclusions

The following are not covered under the Australian Consumer Law:

  1. Errors due to incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g. wrong size, design, or fitment specs).
  2. Minor differences in colour, texture, or appearance due to material or manufacturing processes.
  3. Products that have been mounted with tyres (unless a major issue is present).
  4. Damage from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper care and maintenance.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Damage

If your wheels are damaged in transit:

  • Notify Artka Wheel Australia within a reasonable timeframe (we recommend within 7 days of receiving your order).
  • Keep the original packaging and provide clear evidence (photos or videos).
  • Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

Defective Items

If you believe your wheels have a significant defect:

  • Contact us straight away to arrange an inspection.
  • If a defect is verified, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
  • A refund will only be considered if repair or replacement is not possible.

 

Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a smooth experience, customers are expected to:

  • Carefully check all order details before confirming.
  • Inspect the wheels upon delivery and before mounting tyres.
  • Understand that minor variations may occur in custom-made products.
  • Use and maintain wheels properly to avoid damage or abnormal wear.
  • Confirm that the products meet any local road safety or compliance regulations. Artka Wheel Australia is not liable for non-compliance due to incorrect or missing customer information.

This refund policy complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, or override them.
